This isn’t your average “make coffee and watch” internship. You will be on the phone, in the trenches, learning the art and science of professional persuasion from the ground up. You will get real, hands-on experience that will turbocharge your resume and build sales skills that last a lifetime.

What You’ll Do (Your Mission):

Master the Script: Learn, practice, and refine persuasive calling scripts for a variety of exciting clients.
Build Targeted Lead Lists: Learn the fundamentals of prospecting by researching and building quality contact lists
Generate Qualified Leads & Close Deals: Make 70-100+ outbound calls per day. Your primary goal is to schedule high-value meetings, with the opportunity to learn and execute full-cycle sales, closing deals directly for our clients.
Navigate Objections: Learn proven techniques to handle common rejections and turn skepticism into interest.
Use Our Tech Stack: Get hands-on experience with our CRM and dialing software.
Analyze & Improve: Track your calls, conversions, and feedback to constantly improve your approach.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

Excellent verbal English language communication skills – you speak clearly and confidently.
Resilient and thick-skinned – you don’t take rejection personally.
A quick learner who is coachable and eager for feedback.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a drive to hit goals.
Basic computer proficiency. Previous sales or phone experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
