Your Skills
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and data entry processes.
Basic understanding of company organizational structures.
Good research skills, comfortable using online business information sources.
Ability to analyze data and extract useful market or industry insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update information in Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring data completeness and standardization.
Conduct market research to evaluate companies’ relevance and potential fit for business opportunities.
Assign appropriate industry classifications and gather high-level industry insights for companies.
Prepare regular updates on progress and completed tasks.
Validate data by cross-checking information from various sources
Identify and report data inconsistencies, duplicates, or gaps for correction.
Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to clarify ambiguous CRM details.
Maintain clear and detailed notes on data entry and research activities.
Participate in reviews and implement feedback promptly.
Suggest improvements for data processes and research workflows.
