Your Skills

  • BS/MS in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with a full suite of ERP platforms (Dynamics AX/NAV/365, SAP, Pantheon, etc.) will be considered a plus
  • Proven working experience in Retail, Commerce, Merchandise, or similar
  • Experience as a Retail Operations Manager, Commerce Manager, Floor Supervisor, Stock Controller, etc. will be considered a plus
  • Advanced spoken and written English (knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish would be considered a plus)
  • Must have good business process competencies
  • Detail-orientated individual with strong analytical skills having the ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Clear in communication and reporting and excellent organizational skill
  • Managing time and tasks effectively while you have superior organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, performance, and innovation readiness teamwork
  • Self-starter who can work independently, and be a strong team player

Your Responsibilities

  • Analysis of business processes and system requirements
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 focusing on retail-specific modules such as POS, inventory management, sales, and customer service, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
  • Design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 for Retail
  • Analyse user requirements and implementation, in application systems, from the development of the business process models to the final testing, and delivery
  • Learn and stay up to date with related technologies and services in our field, including earning Microsoft certifications as required
  • Training of new users
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend company meetings or work on-site with customers
